SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 858, Double Crossword".

SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 858 shall sell for two dollars ($2) per ticket.

SECTION 3. (a) Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off game number 858 shall contain eighteen (18) play symbols and one (1) play symbol with a play symbol caption in the game play data area. A large box on the left side of each ticket shall contain a crossword grid filled in with an array of alphabetic letters. A chart labeled "PRIZE LEGEND" shall appear to the right of the crossword grid and shall contain a table setting forth prize requirements and amounts. A box labeled "YOUR LETTERS" shall appear to the right of the "PRIZE LEGEND" and shall contain eighteen (18) play symbols representing alphabetic letters. One (1) play symbol and play symbol caption shall appear in the small box above "YOUR LETTERS" that is labeled "BONUS BOX".

(b) The possible play symbols appearing in the box labeled "YOUR LETTERS" shall be randomly selected from the twenty-six (26) letters of the English alphabet. Each such letter shall be expressed as a capital letter.

SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$2", "$4", $5", "$10", "$25", "$50", and "$100". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$2 = TWO
$4 = FOR
$5 = FIV
$10 = TEN
$25 = TWF
$50 = FTY
$100 = HUN

SECTION 5. (a) How to win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 858, Double Crossword, is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal eighteen (18) play symbols in the "YOUR LETTERS" box and one (1) play symbol and play symbol caption in the "BONUS BOX" box. Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. The holder must then remove the scratch-off material from all letters on the crossword grid that match those exposed in the "YOUR LETTERS" box and determine whether the newly exposed letters form words. If at least four (4) words are formed from the newly exposed letters, the holder is entitled to the prize identified on the "PRIZE LEGEND."

(b) In scratch-off game number 858, letters combined to form words on the crossword grid must appear in an unbroken horizontal or vertical sequence. For purposes of this rule, a word must contain at least three (3) letters. Words cannot be formed by linking letters diagonally or reading right to left or bottom to top.

(c) If four (4) or more words are formed, the holder is entitled only to the highest prize identified on the "PRIZE LEGEND" chart. Prizes are not cumulative.

(d) If a "065070365era3.gif" is revealed in the area labeled "BONUS BOX", the holder is entitled to DOUBLE the prize amount indicated in the "PRIZE LEGEND" chart.
