Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 25, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Auditorium, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Community Residential Facilities Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to 431 IAC 1.1 (LSA Document #07-226) to add and define a new category of community residential facilities for persons with developmental disabilities that will serve the needs of adults with extensive behavior support needs.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Room 451 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
