This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #06-157, posted at 20070425-IR-405060157PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on June 14, 2007. This rule amends 405 IAC 1-12-2, 405 IAC 1-12-5, 405 IAC 1-12-7, 405 IAC 1-12-9, 405 IAC 1-12-12, 405 IAC 1-12-15, 405 IAC 1-12-16, 405 IAC 1-12-19, and 405 IAC 1-12-22 and adds 405 IAC 1-12-20.5 to revise the Medicaid reimbursement methodology for nonstate owned intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs/MR) and community residential facilities for the developmentally disabled (CRFs/DD) to permit reimbursement for residences for adults with extensive support needs. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Web site on April 25, 2007.
