This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #06-5, printed at 29 IR 3095, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on June 14, 2007. This rule amends 405 IAC 5-14 to place limitations on dental services for adults that are in accordance with HEA 1001-2005, SECTION 239 and amends rules regarding coverage for diagnostic services. The rule that was adopted is the same version as the proposed rule that was published in the Indiana Register on June 1, 2006.
