TITLE 808 STATE BOXING COMMISSION

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Boxing Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 808 IAC 1-1.1 to add definitions for ultimate fighting; Ultimate Fighting Championships; mixed martial arts; martial arts, including jujitsu, karate, kickboxing, kung fu, and tae kwon do; and professional wrestling as required by SEA 557, P.L.112-2007.
