Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

IC 4-22-2-23, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds rules for issuing staggered registration dates to motor vehicles described in
IC 9-18-2-7(a)(2). Written comments should be addressed to Scott DeVries, Chief Legal Counsel, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Indiana Government Center-North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N440, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority:
IC 9-14-2-2;
IC 9-18-2-7.
