Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of Community and Rural Affairs intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 17 IAC to establish debarment procedures for federal or state programs administered by the Office of Community and Rural Affairs. It includes definitions of terms used in the rules for debarment procedures, causes for debarment, and notice requirements for recommended debarment. It also contains requirements for a prehearing conference, hearings, final order, and judicial review of the debarment process. Comments or questions should be submitted in writing and directed to Kathleen Weissenberger, One North Capitol, Suite 600, Indianapolis, IN 46204 or by e-mail to kweissenberger@ocra.in.gov. Statutory authority: IC 4-4-9.7-7.
