Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 8.5-1-1 regarding definitions used in this article. Amends 170 IAC 8.5-3-1 through 170 IAC 8.5-3-3 regarding application for a Certificate of Territorial Authority for sewage disposal services. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
