Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references and typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
50 IAC 11-1-1, delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance" in both places it appears.
(2) In
50 IAC 11-5-1, delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance" in each of the three (3) places it appears.
(3) In
50 IAC 11-5-2, delete "board" and insert "department of local government finance" in each of the three (3) places it appears.
