Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 6, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., EDT, in Conference Rooms D and E at the Indiana Department of Transportation Traffic Management Building, 8500 East 21^st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Emergency Medical Services Commission will hold a public hearing on LSA Document #06-10, the proposed amendments to 836 IAC 1 and the addition of 836 IAC 5.

The proposed changes will have a moderate fiscal impact on the regulated community. The Commission had proposed this rule as required by IC 16-31-3.5.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center-South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E241 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
