Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Community Residential Facilities Council intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 431 IAC 1.1 to add and define a new category of community residential facilities for persons with developmental disabilities that will serve the needs of adults with extensive behavior support needs.
