Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 22, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Conference Room 16, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 410 IAC 1-4-8 to update the sterilization requirements for equipment and environmental surfaces.

Requirements not expressly required by the authorizing statute have not been imposed.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the Public Health Surveillance and Preparedness Commission at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and the Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana, and are open for public inspection.
