This notice is published in accordance with IC 12-8-3-4.4. Under IC 4-22-2-29, LSA Document #06-158, posted at 20070131-IR-405060158PRA, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on April 9, 2007. This rule amends 405 IAC 1-17-1, 405 IAC 1-17-2, 405 IAC 1-17-3, 405 IAC 1-17-9, and 405 IAC 1-17-10 to revise the Medicaid reimbursement methodology for Medicaid-enrolled state-owned intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs/MR) to include Medicaid-enrolled state-owned nursing facilities and amends 405 IAC 5-31-1 and adds 405 IAC 5-31-4.5 and 405 IAC 5-31-9 to set forth services covered by Medicaid in the per diem rate paid to a state-owned nursing facility. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was posted on the -IR- Database Web site on January 31, 2007.
