Emergency Rule

DIGEST
Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 891. Effective March 20, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 891, Double Doubler".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 891 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play and prize symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off number 891 shall contain six (6) symbols represented as both play and prize spots. One prize level symbol is located to the left of the prize/play symbols in the area labeled "YOUR PRIZE LEVEL". Located at the top of each ticket is a prize legend containing winning plays and corresponding prizes. If a question arises as to the play/prize symbol, the play/prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play/prize symbol captions correspond with and verify the play/prize symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$1", "$2", "$4", "$5", "$8", "$10", "$20", "$40", "$50", "$100", and "$500". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$1 = ONE
$2 = TWO
$4 = FOR
$5 = FIV
$8 = EGT
$10 = TEN
$20 = TWY
$40 = FRY
$50 = FTY
$100 = HUN
$500 = FHN
SECTION 5. How to win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 891, Double Doubler, is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of six (6) symbols represented as both play/prize spots and one (1) prize level symbol that is located to the left of the prize/play symbols in the area labeled "YOUR PRIZE LEVEL". Located at the top of each ticket is a prize legend containing winning plays and corresponding prizes. Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If the holder of scratch-off game number 891 has three (3) of the same prize/play symbols, the holder is entitled to the prize shown. If a "Single Prize" is revealed in the area labeled "YOUR PRIZE LEVEL", the prize amount will remain the same. If "Double Prize" is revealed in the area labeled "YOUR PRIZE LEVEL", the holder is entitled to double the prize amount shown. If "Double Doubler" is revealed in the area labeled "YOUR PRIZE LEVEL", the holder is entitled to four times (4x) the prize amount shown.
SECTION 6. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

Double = win double the prize
Double Doubler = win four (4) times the prize
Total value of all prizes*: $1,858,900
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on a print quantity of approximate print quantity (-3%/+1%) of three million one hundred twenty thousand (3,120,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 7.
Applicable rules: Indiana Administrative Code: 65 IAC 4 SCRATCH-OFF GAMES.
SECTION 8. The last day to claim a prize in Scratch-Off Game Number 891, Double Doubler, is October 31, 2008.
SECTION 9. This document expires on November 28, 2008.
