Emergency Rule

Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 888. Effective March 20, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 888, Triple Payout".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 888 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in scratch-off number 888 shall contain seven (7) play spots. These include two (2) play spots in an area labeled "WINNING NUMBERS", and five (5) play spots are included in one (1) column in an area labeled "YOUR #'S" parallel to the corresponding prize spots. If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: Five (5) prize spots are included in game number 888 in one (1) column parallel with corresponding play spots in an area labeled "PRIZE". If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$1", "$2", "$3", "$5", "$10", "$15", "$20", "$50", and "$500". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$1 = ONE
$2 = TWO
$3 = THR
$5 = FIV
$10 = TEN
$15 = FTN
$20 = TWY
$50 = FTY
$500 = FHN
SECTION 6.
How to win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 888, Triple Payout, is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of twelve (12) play and prize spots. These include two (2) play spots in area labeled "WINNING NUMBERS", five (5) play spots located in one (1) column in an area labeled "YOUR #'S", and five (5) prize spots in one (1) column corresponding with play spots respectively in an area labeled "PRIZE". Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If the holder of the scratch-off game number 888 matches any of "YOUR NUMBERS" to either of the "WINNING NUMBERS", the ticket holder is entitled to the prize shown that is representative of that number. If the "
" (double dollar signs) symbol is revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win DOUBLE the prize amount shown for that number. If the "
" (triple dollar signs) symbol is revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win TRIPLE the prize shown for that number.

Total value of all prizes*: $1,826,800
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on a print quantity of approximate print quantity (-3%/+1%) of three million one hundred twenty thousand (3,120,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 8.

SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in Scratch-Off Game Number 888, Triple Payout, is October 31, 2008.
SECTION 10. This document expires on November 28, 2008.
