DIGEST
Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 864. Effective March 2, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 864, Viva Las Vegas".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 864 shall sell for twenty dollars ($20) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: (a) Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 864, Viva Las Vegas, contains a total of forty (40) play spots within four (4) independent games labeled "SLOTS OF FUN", "BIG 6", "WINNING CARDS", and "LUCKY ROLL". At the bottom of each play area is a legend containing the winning plays and corresponding prizes.
(b) "SLOTS OF FUN" is located at the left top corner of the ticket. Included in "SLOTS OF FUN" are nine (9) play spots in a matrix of three (3) rows and three (3) columns. The rows are labeled "SPIN 1", "SPIN 2", and "SPIN 3". A small rectangular box is located below play spots in the area labeled "BONUS". Located at the bottom of this game is a legend containing the winning plays and corresponding prize amounts. If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols included in "SLOTS OF FUN" as follows:
(c) "WINNING CARDS" is located at the right top corner of the ticket and includes a total of fifteen (15) play spots. Fourteen (14) play spots, representing playing cards in a matrix of seven (7) rows and two (2) columns, are located in the area labeled "YOUR HANDS". One (1) play spot is located in the area labeled "DEALER'S HAND". The rows in "YOUR HANDS" are labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", and "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", and "HAND 7". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols included in "WINNING CARDS" are [sic.] as follows:
Dealer's Hand Play Symbols:
(d) "BIG 6" is located in the left hand bottom corner of the ticket. It is in the shape of a playing wheel with six (6) sections and includes a total of twelve (12) play spots. Each section includes two (2) play symbols and play captions. The sections are labeled as "ROLL 1", "ROLL 2", "ROLL 3", "ROLL 4", "ROLL 5", and "ROLL 6". At the bottom portion of this game is an [sic.] a legend containing the winning plays and corresponding prizes. If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond to and verify the play symbols included in "BIG 6" are [sic.] as follows:
(e) "LUCKY ROLL" is located in the right hand bottom corner of the ticket. There are a total of four (4) play spots in a matrix of two (2) rows and two (2) columns. The columns are labeled "ROW 1" and "ROW 2". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond to and verify the play symbols included in "LUCKY ROLL" are [sic.] as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize symbols: There are a total of nine (9) prize spots included in game number 864. In game "WINNING CARDS", there are seven (7) prize spots in a single column, on the right hand side of the play are [sic.], labeled "PRIZE". The prize amounts correspond to each of the seven (7) rows labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", and "HAND 7", respectively. Included in game "LUCKY ROLL", there are two (2) prize spots located directly beneath and corresponding to the play spots in "ROW 1" and "ROW 2", respectively. If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond to and verify each of the prize symbols in games "WINNING CARDS" and "LUCKY ROLL" as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$20", "$40", "$50", "$80", "$100", "$200", and "$400". The retailer validation code which corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$20 = TWY
$40 = FRY
$50 = FTY
$80 = EGY
$100 = HUN
$200 = TWH
$400 = FRH
SECTION 6. How to win: (a) A prize winner in Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 864, Viva Las Vegas, is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of forty (40) play spots within four (4) independent games labeled "SLOTS OF FUN", "BIG 6", "WINNING CARDS", and "LUCKY ROLL". At the bottom of each ticket is a legend containing the winning plays and corresponding prizes. Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such.
(b) In game "SLOTS OF FUN", if three (3) symbols are matched within a spin, the holder of the ticket is entitled to the prize shown in the legend. Reveal a "
" jackpot symbol in the BONUS area and the holder is entitled to fifty dollars ($50) automatically.
(c) In game "WINNING CARDS", if "YOUR HANDS" beats the "DEALER'S HAND", the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize shown for that "HAND". Play symbols have the value designated on the face of the playing card except "K", "Q", and "J", which have a value of ten (10). Those with "A" have a value of eleven (11).
(d) In game "BIG 6", if the ticket holder matches two (2) dice within a "ROLL", the holder is entitled to win the corresponding prize shown in the "LEGEND".
(e) In game "LUCKY ROLL", if dice total seven (7) or eleven (11) within a "ROLL", the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize amount shown for that "ROLL".
(f) As stated on the back of game ticket number 864, the top prize of one million dollars ($1,000,000) may be paid out as a twenty (20) year annuity.
SECTION 7. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on an approximate print quantity (-3%/+1%) of one million five hundred sixty thousand (1,560,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 8.

SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 867 [sic.] is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
