Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 867. Effective March 2, 2007.


SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 867, The Jetsons".

SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 867 shall sell for two dollars ($2) per ticket.

SECTION 3. Play symbols: Each ticket in Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 867, The Jetsons, shall contain a total of ten (10) play symbols each consisting of one (1) number and one (1) letter arranged in one (1) row in an area labeled "YOUR COORDINATES", which is located at the top portion of the play area. Located in the middle of the ticket is a grid including an array of thirty-six (36) Jetsons characters in the area labeled "JETSONS GRID". The "JETSONS GRID" consists of six (6) rows labeled "A", "B", "C", "D", "E"," "F", and six (6) columns in the area labeled "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", and "6". At the bottom of each ticket is a prize legend containing winning plays and corresponding prizes. The grid coordinates in "YOUR COORDINATES" consists [sic., consist] of the following possible play symbols:

SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$2", "$5", "$7", "$20", "$50", "$75", and "$600". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$2 = TWO
$5 = FIV
$7 = SVN
$20 = TWY
$50 = FTY
$75 = SVF
$600 = SXH

SECTION 5. How to win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 867, The Jetsons, is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the area labeled "YOUR COORDINATES" revealing ten (10) play symbols that each consists of one (1) number and one (1) letter arranged in one (1) row in an area labeled "YOUR COORDINATES" and removing the corresponding spaces on the "JETSONS GRID". Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof), nor characters within the "JETSONS GRID" that do not correspond with the "YOUR COORDINATES" are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. Once the holder of game number 867 has removed the spaces in "JETSONS GRID" that correspond with the coordinates in "YOUR COORDINTES" [sic.] and reveals three (3) of the same Jetsons character, the holder is entitled to win the prize indicated in the prize legend. It is possible for a player to win multiple prizes on scratch-off game number 867 as indicated in the prize structure below.

SECTION 6. Prize structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

3 – George's  $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars)  5 prizes 
Total value of all prizes*: $3,906,250
Prize payout: 65.10%
Overall odds: 1 in 4.66

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on an approximate print quantity (-3%/+1%) of three million (3,000,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 7. Applicable rules: Indiana Administrative Code: 65 IAC 4 Scratch-Off Games.

SECTION 8. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 867 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
