Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 22, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. EST, at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Room CC32, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #06-08, LSA Document #06-514) to amend 170 IAC 1-1.5-1 to exempt a video franchise application or notice of change form filed under IC 8-1-34 from the ex parte rules of the commission.

No requirement or cost is imposed on any regulated entity under this rule.

As this proposed rule merely revises the procedural rules of the commission and does not impose any cost or requirement on any regulated entity, at the present time it does not appear to be necessary to set written and reply comment periods beyond the date of the public hearing. Consequently, any written comments should be submitted at, or in advance of, the public hearing.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center-South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E306 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana, and are open for public inspection.
