Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Insurance intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: To adopt standards for the competent practice of public adjusting including examinations, licensing, apprenticeship, bond requirements, continuing education, fees, contracts for services, financial accountability and standards, record retention, standards of conduct, and reporting of actions, to otherwise implement IC 27-1-27, and to repeal 760 IAC 1-27-4(a)(5).
