Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references and typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #05-117(F), posted at 20070221-IR-326050117FRA:
(1) In 326 IAC 24-1-2(17), replace "rule, 40 CFR 96*, and 40 CFR 51.123*" with "rule; 40 CFR 96, Subparts AA through II* and 40 CFR 51.123*;".
(2) In 326 IAC 24-1-2(20), replace "326 IAC 24-3, 40 CFR 96*, and 40 CFR 51.123*" with "326 IAC 24-3; 40 CFR 96, Subparts AAAA through IIII* and 40 CFR 51.123*;".
(3) In 326 IAC 24-1-2(25), replace "326 IAC 24-2, 40 CFR 96*, and 40 CFR 51.124*" with "326 IAC 24-2; 40 CFR 96, Subparts AAA through III* and 40 CFR 51.124*;".
