DIGEST
Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 821. Effective January 12, 2007.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 821, Instant Powerball".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 821 shall sell for two dollars ($2) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play symbols: A scratch-off ticket in Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 821, Instant Powerball, shall contain a total of fifty-five (55) play spots. The two (2) play areas labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" are divided into two (2) columns of four (4) rows, with each row containing six (6) play spots representing lottery balls. The rows are labeled "Row 1", "Row 2", "Row 3", "Row 4", "Row 5", "Row 6", "Row 7", and "Row 8". There are six (6) play symbols representing lottery balls in area labeled "WINNING POWERBALL NUMBERS" located above the areas labeled "YOUR NUMBERS". One (1) play symbol is located in the far left corner of the ticket in area labeled "POWER PLAY NUMBER". A prize legend shall appear in the far right corner of the ticket and shall contain a table setting for the match prize requirements and amounts. The play symbols are as follows:

SECTION 4. Retailer validation codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "Tic", "$2", "$4", "$5", "$6", "$8", "$10", "$12", "$16", "$20", "$30", "$32", "$40", "$50", "$60", "$80", "$100", and "$500". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

$4 = FOR
$5 = FIV
$6 = SIX
$8 = EGT
$10 = TEN
$12= TLV
$16 = SXT
$20 = TWY
$30 = TRY
$32 = TRT
$40 = FRY

SECTION 5. How to win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 821, Instant Powerball, is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of fifty-five (55) play spots. The two (2) play areas labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" are divided into two (2) columns of four (4) rows, with each row containing six (6) play spots representing lottery balls. The rows are labeled "Row 1", "Row 2", "Row 3", "Row 4", "Row 5", "Row 6", "Row 7", and "Row 8". There are six (6) play symbols representing lottery balls in area labeled "WINNING POWERBALL NUMBERS" located above the areas labeled "YOUR NUMBERS". One (1) play symbol is located in the far left corner of the ticket in area labeled "POWER PLAY NUMBER". A prize legend shall appear in the far right corner of the ticket and shall contain a table setting for the match prize requirements and amounts. Neither the retailer validation code (or any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), nor the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. In each of the eight (8) rows, if the holder matches a "YOUR NUMBERS" to the "WINNING POWERBALL NUMBERS", the holder is entitled to win the amount shown in the prize legend for that row. Reveal the POWER PLAY NUMBER in the lower left
corner for multiplier. The ticket holder shall multiply their non-jackpot winnings by the POWERPLAY number shown to calculate total winnings.

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on an approximate print quantity (3%/+1%) of three million (3,000,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 7.

SECTION 8. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 821 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
