Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #05-320(F), posted at 20061213-IR-410050320FRA:
(1) In 410 IAC 7-22-15(d), delete "section 15(b) of this rule" and insert "subsection (b)".
(2) In 410 IAC 7-22-15(e), delete "section 15(b) of this rule" and insert "subsection (b)".
(3) In 410 IAC 7-22-15(h), delete "chapter" and insert "rule".
(4) In 410 IAC 7-22-15(i)(3), delete "; or" and insert ".".
(5) In 410 IAC 7-22-15(i)(7), delete "premise" and insert "premises" and delete "chapter" and insert "rule".
