Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 13, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Lieber Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add rules regarding the admission, maintenance, and discharge of members of the Indiana Veterans' Home.

Requirements not expressly required by the authorizing statute have not been imposed.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the Office of Special Institutions at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana, and are open for public inspection.
