Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #05-255(F), posted at 20061122-IR-327050255FRA:

(1) In 327 IAC 8-2.5-6(c)(2)(B), on page 6, after "samples", insert "as follows:".

(2) In 327 IAC 8-2.5-6(f)(1), on page 7, after "in", insert "section".

(3) In 327 IAC 8-12-3(2)(C)(ii)(AA) [sic., 327 IAC 8-12-3(b)(2)(C)(ii)(AA)], on page 20, delete "327 IAC 8-12-3.2(b)(2)(C)(ii)" and insert "section 3.2(b)(2)(C)(ii) of this rule".

(4) In 327 IAC 8-12-3(2)(C)(ii)(BB) [sic., 327 IAC 8-12-3(b)(2)(C)(ii)(BB)], on page 20, delete "327 IAC 8-12-3.2(b)(3)(D)(ii)" and insert "section 3.3(b)(3)(D)(ii) of this rule [sic., section 3.2(b)(3)(D)(ii) of this rule]".

(5) In 327 IAC 8-12-3(2)(C)(ii)(CC) [sic., 327 IAC 8-12-3(b)(2)(C)(ii)(CC)], on page 20, delete "327 IAC 8-12-3.2(b)(3)(D)(iii)" and insert "section 3.2(b)(3)(D)(iii) of this rule".

(6) In 327 IAC 8-12-3(2)(C)(ii)(DD) [sic., 327 IAC 8-12-3(b)(2)(C)(ii)(DD)], on page 20, delete "327 IAC 8-12-3.2(b)(3)(D)(iv)" and insert "section 3.2(b)(3)(D)(iv) of this rule".

(13) In 327 IAC 8-12-3.6(d)(1), on page 27, insert "this article" after 327 IAC 8.

(14) In 327 IAC 8-12-6(d)(2)(A)(ii), on page 30, after "(ii)", delete "the".

(15) In 327 IAC 8-12-6(e)(1)(A), on page 30, insert "this article" after 327 IAC 8.
