Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Amends
460 IAC 6 to establish amended and restated standards and requirements for the approval and monitoring of providers of supported living services and supports to individuals with a developmental disability.
