Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Establishes standards for office based procedures that require moderate sedation, deep sedation, or general anesthesia as required by IC 25-22.5-2-7(10).
