Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 4, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Lieber Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 410 IAC 15-1.1 to add a definition of rural hospital.

Requirements not expressly required by the authorizing statute have not been imposed.
