Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on Friday, December 22, 2006 at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, West Conference Room, Fifth Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana the Office of Attorney General for the State will hold a public hearing on the proposed repeal of 10 IAC 1.5-4-9, claims submitted by finders, and the amendment of 10 IAC 1.5-4-12 to conform and reflect the repeal of this language.

This proposed repeal does not impose any new requirement on any regulated entity. The rule proposes a repeal of language and conforming amendments. The Office of the Attorney General did not rely on any data, studies, or analyses beyond that which has been provided above. The fiscal impact of this rule is zero.
