Under IC 12-8-3-4.4, LSA Document #06-29, printed at 29 IR 3096, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 4, 2006, was recalled, and was readopted on November 14, 2006. This rule adds 405 IAC 5-38 to define telemedicine services and describe the circumstances under which Medicaid will reimburse for such services. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was published in the Indiana Register on June 1, 2006.
