Emergency Rule

Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 849. Effective November 2, 2006.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 849, Snake Eyes".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 849 shall sell for one dollar ($1) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play Symbols: A scratch-off ticket in Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 849, Snake Eyes shall contain a total of eleven (11) play symbols and captions. These include ten (10) play spots representing dice in a matrix of two (2) columns and five (5) rows. The rows are labeled "ROLL 1", "ROLL 2", "ROLL 3", "ROLL 4", and "ROLL 5". There is one (1) play spot located in area labeled "HOUSE ROLL". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:
SECTION 4. Prize Symbols: In [sic.] Game Number 849, Snake Eyes shall contain a total of five (5) prize symbols located at the right hand side of each row labeled "ROLL 1", "ROLL 2", "ROLL 3", "ROLL 4", and "ROLL 5". If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer Validation Codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$1", "$2", "$4", "$5", "$10", "$20", "$50", and "$500". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$1 = ONE
$2 = TWO
$4 = FOR
$5 = FIV
$10 = TEN
$20 = TWY
$50 = FTY
$500 = FHN
SECTION 6. How to Win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 849, Snake Eyes is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of sixteen (16) play and prize symbols. These include ten (10) play spots representing dice and five (5) prize spots in a matrix of three (3) columns and five (5) rows. The rows are labeled "ROLL 1", "ROLL 2", "ROLL 3", "ROLL 4", and "ROLL 5". There is one (1) play spot located in area labeled "HOUSE ROLL". Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), or the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If the total value of any of "ROLL 1", "ROLL 2", "ROLL 3", "ROLL 4", and "ROLL 5" is higher than the number exposed in the "HOUSE ROLL", the holder is entitled to the corresponding prize amount shown for that ROLL. If a SNAKE EYES (1+1) is revealed, the holder is entitled to win all five (5) prizes.
SECTION 7. Prize Structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

Total value of all prizes*: $1,873,600
*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on an approximate print quantity (-3% / +1%) of three million one hundred twenty thousand (3,120,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 8.

SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 849 is May 31, 2008.
SECTION 10. This document expires June 30, 2008.
