Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Health Facility Administrators intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 840 IAC 1-1-6 concerning the licensure examination to address the number of examination attempts and the time frame an applicant has to pass the licensure examination.
