Emergency Rule

Temporarily adds rules concerning the instant portion of scratch-off game number 846. Effective October 19, 2006.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 846, Merry Money".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 846 shall sell for five dollars ($5) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play Symbols: A scratch-off ticket in Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 846, Merry Money shall contain a total of fifteen (15) play spots and symbols. Each play spot includes play symbols representing ornaments. There are five (5) play spots located in area labeled "WINNING ORNAMENTS"; there are five (5) areas labeled "DOUBLER" containing one (1) play spot in each for a total of five (5) play spots and five (5) play spots in area labeled "YOUR ORNAMENTS". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize Symbols: In game number 846, there are ten (10) prize symbols. Contained in five (5) areas labeled "DOUBLER" is one (1) prize symbol each for a total of five (5) prize symbols for this area, and five (5) prize spots located directly under each corresponding play symbol in area labeled "YOUR ORNAMENTS". If a question arises as to the prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification. Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer Validation Codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$5", "$10", "$15", "$20", "$40", "$50", "$100", and "$500". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$5 = FIV
$10 = TEN
$15 = FTN
$20 = TWY
$40 = FRY
$50 = FTY
$100 = HUN
$500 = FHN
SECTION 6. How to Win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 846, Merry Money is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of twenty-five (25) play and prize symbols. Each play spot includes play symbols representing ornaments. There are [sic., is] a total of five (5) play spots located in area labeled "WINNING ORNAMENTS"; five (5) play symbols are located in area labeled "YOUR ORNAMENTS" and five (5) prize symbols [sic., are] located directly under each corresponding play symbol in this area; and there are five (5) areas labeled "DOUBLER" containing one (1) prize and play symbol each for a total of ten (10) play and prize symbols for this area. The retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), or the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. If the holder matches any of "YOUR ORNAMENTS" to any of the "WINNING ORNAMENTS", the holder is entitled to win the prize amount shown for that "YOUR ORNAMENTS". If the holder matches any of the "WINNING ORNAMENTS" to any of the "DOUBLER" ornaments, the holder is entitled to win DOUBLE the prize amount shown for that "DOUBLER" ornament.
SECTION 7. Prize Structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on an approximate print quantity (-3% / +1%) of two million forty thousand (2,040,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 8.

SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in Scratch-Off Game Number 846, Merry Money is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
