Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references and typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
50 IAC 9-1-1, after "under", delete "IC 21-2-15" and insert "IC 20-40-8-6".
(2) In
50 IAC 9-1-4(a), after "in accordance with", delete "IC 21-2-15-5" and insert "IC 20-46-6-11".
(4) In
50 IAC 9-1-5(c), after "petition to the", delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance".
(5) In
50 IAC 9-1-5(d), delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance" in both places it appears.
(6) In
50 IAC 9-1-5(e), delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance" in both places it appears.
(7) In
50 IAC 9-1-5(f), delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance" in each of the three (3) places it appears.
(8) In
50 IAC 9-1-5(a), after "in accordance with", delete "IC 21-2-15-6" and insert "IC 20-46-6-12".
(9) In
50 IAC 9-1-6(b), after "distributed by the", delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance".
(10) In
50 IAC 9-1-7, after "budget by the", delete "state board of tax commissioners" and insert "department of local government finance".
(11) In
50 IAC 9-1-7, delete "the board" and insert "the department of local government finance" in each of the three (3) places it appears.
(12) In

(14) In
