Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 16, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Lieber Conference Room, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 410 IAC 6-6 to bring the rule into compliance with statute by adding and amending definitions to the mobile home park requirements and amending installation requirements and to update and clarify requirements relating to health, sanitation, safety, and water services.

These rules are designed to meet the statutory changes imposed by P.L.87-2005, which amended IC 16-41-27. Other changes to the rules are updates to health and safety requirements. Requirements not expressly required by the authorizing statute have not been imposed.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the Health Care Regulatory Services Commission at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana, and are open for public inspection.
