Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Cosmetology Examiners intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 820 IAC 4-1-5 concerning the hours a cosmetology student must be in session in order to graduate from cosmetology school. Provides for a hardship waiver.
