Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 7, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Environmental Adjudication will hold a public hearing on the amendment of the rule under 315 IAC 1. The amendments include a change in address and clarifications regarding the statutory mandate that the director and environmental law judges in the Office of Environmental Adjudication may be removed for cause "under the applicable provisions of the Code of Judicial Conduct."

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center-North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N1049 and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
