Estimated Number of Small Businesses Subject to This Rule:
None. Ind. Code § 4-21.5-7-6(b) mandates that the director or an environmental law judge of the Office of Environmental Adjudication may be removed for cause "under the applicable provisions of the Code of Judicial Conduct." Public Law 99-2005 amended
IC 14-10-2-2 to require the two administrative law judges for the Natural Resources Commission to comply with the same provisions. The proposed rule would not expand the directive to govern other than the Office of Environmental Adjudication's two environmental law judges.
