Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 13, 2006 at 10:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 8, Indianapolis, Indiana the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed new rule to add 312 IAC 3-1-2.5 governing standards to identify the applicable provisions of the code of judicial conduct for administrative law judges of the Natural Resources Commission under IC 14-10-2-2. This rule language is being adopted with the understanding the Office of Environmental Adjudication is adopting similar language pertaining to applicable provisions of the code of judicial conduct for its environmental law judges under IC 4-21.5-7-6.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
