Estimated Number of Small Businesses Subject to This Rule:
None. Public Law 99-2005 amended
IC 14-10-2-2 to require the two administrative law judges for the Natural Resources Commission to comply with the "applicable provisions of the code of judicial conduct." These 2005 amendments implemented provisions parallel to those already governing the two environmental law judges for the Office of Environmental Adjudication.
IC 4-21.5-7-6. The proposed rule would not expand the directive in P.L.99-2005 to govern other than the Commission's two administrative law judges.
