Emergency Rule

Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 836. Effective August 17, 2006.
SECTION 1. The name of the scratch-off game is "Scratch-Off Game Number 836, Kings and Queens".
SECTION 2. Scratch-off tickets in scratch-off game number 836 shall sell for five dollars ($5) per ticket.
SECTION 3. Play Symbols: A scratch-off ticket in Scratch-Off Ticket Game Number 836, Kings and Queens shall contain a total of thirty-one (31) play and prize symbols. These include thirty (30) play and prize symbols in the area labeled "YOUR HANDS". In this area, there are ten (10) separate and independent games labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", "HAND 7", "HAND 8", "HAND 9", and "HAND 10". In each "HAND", there are two (2) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol with each corresponding HAND. There is one (1) play spot located in the middle left side of the ticket in an area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL". If a question arises as to the play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification. The play symbol captions correspond with and verify the play symbols as follows:

SECTION 4. Prize Symbols: In game number 836, the play symbols and play symbol captions of prize amounts shall consist of a total of ten (10) prize symbols and prize symbol captions placed directly under two (2) play symbols in each of the ten (10) "HANDs" in the area labeled "YOUR HANDS". Prize symbol captions correspond with and verify each of the prize symbols as follows:
SECTION 5. Retailer Validation Codes: The retailer validation code verifies instant winners of "$5", "$10", "$15", "$20", "$40", "$50", "$100", and "$500". The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:
$5 = FIV
$10 = TEN
$15 = FTN
$20 = TWY
$40 = FRY
$50 = FTY
$100 = HUN
$500 = FHN
SECTION 6. How to Win: A prize winner in the Scratch-Off Game Number 836, Kings and Queens is determined by removing the entire scratch-off material from the play area on the front of the ticket to reveal a total of thirty-one (31) play and prize symbols. These include thirty (30) play symbols and captions representing playing cards and prize symbols and captions in the area labeled "YOUR HANDS". In this area, there are ten (10) separate and independent games labeled "HAND 1", "HAND 2", "HAND 3", "HAND 4", "HAND 5", "HAND 6", "HAND 7", "HAND 8", "HAND 9", and "HAND 10". In each "HAND", there are two (2) play symbols and one (1) prize symbol. There is one (1) play spot located in the middle left side of the ticket in an area labeled "DEALER'S TOTAL". Neither the retailer validation code (nor any portion thereof), the pack-ticket number (or any portion thereof), or the validation number (or any portion thereof) are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such. In each HAND, if the total of "YOUR HANDS" play symbols and captions is greater than the play symbol and caption in "DEALER's TOTAL", the holder is entitled to win the corresponding prize amount shown for that HAND. If a pair of " " play symbol and play captions are revealed, the holder is entitled to win DOUBLE the prize shown for
that HAND. In each HAND, if "YOUR HANDS" contains a pair of " " play symbol and captions, the holder is entitled to win twenty dollars ($20) automatically for that HAND.
SECTION 7. Prize Structure: The possible winning prize combinations are as follows:

*The number and total value of prizes in this game are based on a print quantity of approximately three million (3,000,000) tickets. Should the print quantity be changed for production of this game or subsequent reorders, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to print quantity will be proportionately maintained and the overall odds and prize payout percentage will remain the same.

SECTION 8. Applicable Rules: Indiana Administrative Code: 65 IAC 4-205 Validation of Tickets.
SECTION 9. The last day to claim a prize in scratch-off game number 835 is sixty (60) days from the end of the game.
