Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under
IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Workforce Development intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: 646 IAC 3-10-9 and
646 IAC 3-10-13 will be amended to allow the department flexibility in how unemployment benefits are paid to recipients. It allows the department to use debit cards, direct deposit, or any means the department deems to be in its best interests and in the interests of the recipient to deliver unemployment benefits.
