Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 14, 2006 at 9:40 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Conference Room 8A, 8^th Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to require ambulatory outpatient surgical centers, abortion clinics, and birthing centers to implement a medical errors reporting system and report medical errors reporting data to the department.

This rule imposes additional requirements in order to comply with Executive Order 5-10 of Governor Daniels.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the Health Care Regulatory Services Commission at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
