Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 14, 2006 at 9:20 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Conference Room 8A, 8^th Floor, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 410 IAC 7-22 to establish standards for the certification of food handlers for food establishments and the imposition of penalties for violations.

These rules are amended to meet the changes made to IC 16-42-5.2 by the Indiana General Assembly.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the Health Care Regulatory Services Commission at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
