Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 20, 2006, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Gaming Commission, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 950 – South Tower, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Gaming Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments and new rules, which add definitions for the terms "enforcement agent" and "gaming agent", replace obsolete terminology, and establish the manner in which riverboat license owners and operating agents will reimburse the commission for the salaries and expenses of gaming agents and support staff.

The costs imposed on riverboat license owners and operating agents under this proposed rule are required by and are in accordance with IC 4-33-4-3.5.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Gaming Commission, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 950 – South Tower and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
