Under IC 12-8-3-4.4, LSA Document #06-29, printed at 29 IR 3096, was adopted by the Secretary of Family and Social Services Administration on August 4, 2006. This rule adds 405 IAC 5-38 to define telemedicine services and describe the circumstances under which Medicaid will reimburse for such services. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. The rule that was adopted is a different version than the proposed rule that was published in the Indiana Register on June 1, 2006.
