IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The proposed rules would clarify already existing state and federal requirements and eliminate obsolete and poorly organized regulations. This clarification and streamlining would not create new requirements or regulatory burdens on small businesses. Therefore, the proposed rules will not impose new requirements or costs on small businesses under
IC 4-22-2.1-5. The proposed rules do not impose any requirements that go beyond those required by state and federal statute. None of the proposed changes will have an economic impact beyond any impact that is already imposed by state and federal statute.
