New Opioid Treatment Program Approval. The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) is responsible for approving applications to establish new opioid treatment programs (OTPs) in the State of Indiana. This year, applications for new OTPs will be considered if they are received by DMHA by November 1, 2006.
