Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds rules to establish procedures for the issuance, renewal, and reinstatement of a tobacco certificate. Written comments may be submitted to the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Room E114, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-3-18.5-4.
