Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds or amends, or both, rules to comply with IC 7.1-3-1.5-16, which mandates adoption of rules to carry out IC 7.1-3-1.5 concerning alcohol server training programs. Written comments may be submitted to the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, Indiana Government Center-South, 402 West Washington Street, Room E114, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-3-1.5-16.
