Page Program

Would you like to see how our state legislature works? Through the Indiana House Page Program, any student 13 to 18 years of age or older gets the chance to come to the Statehouse and see a full day of legislative activity.

Along with visiting the capitol building and touring such locations as the governor's office, the chambers of the Indiana House and Senate and the Indiana Supreme Court, pages get the chance to witness floor sessions and committee meetings and help staff members.

Students who serve as pages receive an excused absence from school. They are responsible for their own transportation to and from Indianapolis.

If you are interested in serving as a page, fill out the application contained below. Please remember to include two different dates when you can come to the Statehouse between the first week in January through April 29. Because of space restrictions in the program, you may not get your first choice for a date in serving as a page.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the best days to serve. There are no pages on Fridays.

Your application will be forwarded to the Page Office and you will be contacted with further information.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure that you fill out the spaces below that are marked with an *.
